Content & Compliance FAQ

Why is my video blocked or ad‑limited on YouTube?

Videos may be blocked or limited due to copyright claims, policy violations, or advertiser‑friendly guidelines. If this happens, contact us and we’ll open a support ticket with YouTube to investigate. We’ll update you on the status and advise on possible remedies (e.g., editing content, appealing the decision).

What should I do if my video gets a copyright claim?

Notify us with the details of the claim. We’ll review whether the claim is valid and coordinate with YouTube’s rights‑management tools to resolve it. In many cases, legitimate fair‑use or licensed content can be reinstated after appeal.

How do you handle copyrighted music and whitelisting?

If your videos use copyrighted tracks (or third-party music) we’ll ask you to whitelist the music for the localized channels or provide alternate music. Please share a list of copyrighted tracks during onboarding so we can check.

Do you create thumbnails and run tests?

Yes — we can design thumbnails and test different variations (A/B) to find the best CTR. If you prefer to keep your current thumbnails, we can A/B test ours vs yours.
