When will my channel or new content go live?
After we receive and process your content, there’s typically a short review phase to ensure compliance and quality. We’ll notify you once the channel is published and provide links. If you’ve received a notice like “channel published,” it means the localized channel is live.
How do I follow up after a strategy meeting?
We usually send a follow‑up email summarizing recommendations (e.g., upload cadence, marketing strategies, rights clearances). If you have additional questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out to partners@linguana.com.
Do you use human voices or AI/voice cloning?
We choose the type of voice that best serves your channel, based on your content and our professional channel managers’ recommendation.
Cloned voices usually sound closer to your original voice and feel more “native” to the channel, but they can be less stable and may behave unpredictably in some cases.
Pre-made AI voices are generally more stable and consistent, especially with multi-speaker content, but can sound a bit more robotic at times.
